History
Este comité foi creado en 1938 por diversas entidades de emigrantes ourensáns en Bos Aires, entre as que podemos citar: "Centro Nogueira de Ramuín", "Sociedad Cultural Nogueira de Ramuín", "Hijos del Ayuntamiento de Pereiro de Aguiar" e "Cultural y Recreativa del ayuntamiento de Esgos".
Todas estas entidades fusionaranse en 1941, e crean unha nova entidade de carácter provincial, o Centro Orensano de Buenos Aires.
